Fomo Momo – hamburger_restaurant

Fomo Momo's Or Akiva branch trades out of the Big shopping complex off Michael Guelpenstein Street, part of a small chain running branches in Ramat Gan and Rishon LeZion. The kitchen grinds beef on site for a signature burger in 200-gram or 300-gram patties, dressed with tomato, lettuce, pickled cucumber, red onion and house sauce, using a pre-smash technique the chain says keeps the meat juicy through a well-done cook. A crispy schnitzel, a grilled chicken club, fries, onion rings and nuggets round out the counter menu. Diners keep coming back for the reliably juicy patty despite the well-done finish.
