FRENCH BAKERY – Restaurant

Established in 2014 on NE 6th Avenue, The French Bakery works as an open production bakery, which means the croissants are hand-rolled in plain view and the bread comes out of a hearth deck Bongard oven in batches through the day. French-trained artisans handle the traditional loaves, pain au chocolat, brioche, tarts, cookies and biscuits, with sandwiches built on the same bread. It opens early and closes mid-afternoon, and the morning crowd treats it accordingly. Delray has plenty of pastry. This is the one people plan around.
