GELATERIA DEGLI ANGELI – Restaurant
The name borrows from the angel's share — the portion that quietly evaporates from a cask — and the gelato is made in much the same spirit: small batches, by hand, gone quickly. The menu rotates weekly. What does not rotate is the sourcing: Tonda Gentile hazelnuts out of Piedmont, Bronte pistachios from Sicily, Callebaut chocolate, Madagascar vanilla. Frozen cakes and confections round out the case. It opened in 2025, which makes it new. The ingredient list suggests it does not plan to stay unknown.
