GELATO GO – Restaurant
On Kennedy Boulevard in downtown Tampa, the gelato base is made fresh every morning and the case is rebuilt around it. Gelato-Go works from Italian recipes and imported staples — Bronte pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts, Valrhona chocolate — turning out Stracciatella, Amarena and Nocciola alongside seasonal runs like dulce de leche or orange cheesecake. Dairy-free sorbetti are churned in house from fruit, with no artificial colour. Proper espresso sits alongside, plus cannoli, cookies and paninis. Regulars come back for how clean and balanced the flavours taste, and for staff who hand out tasting spoons freely. Not the cheapest scoop in town. Worth it anyway.
