On East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Geronimo cooks Southwest food built on the flavours, spices and recipes of Santa Fe, New Mexico. The real draw is the agave programme: the house claims the largest tequila selection on the East Coast, and in 2016 became one of the first establishments anywhere to earn CRT certification from Mexico's Tequila Regulatory Council.
