GOOD INTENTIONS – Restaurant
Tampa Bay's first all-vegan owned and operated full-service bar and restaurant, parked in the Grand Central District where the art crowd already lives. The menu shifts with the season and never reads like substitution: kimchi fried rice, Southern sriracha crab cakes, a BLT with truffle fries, salads, sides and desserts worth the extra course. Full bar, weekend brunch, dinner the rest of the week. What diners repeat most is the size of the plates and how well gluten-free eaters are looked after. Plant-based, but nobody is calling it health food.
