Broadway in Woodmere, doors open at six in the morning, and the boards behind the counter are already moving. This kosher-certified bagel house has fed the Five Towns since 1999, and the rhythm has not changed: bagels through the morning, challah for the end of the week, platters built for a crowd, and a catering side that handles the simchas. What customers come back for is generosity — lox and cream cheese piled past the point of politeness. Closed Saturdays, as you would expect. Get there before the good ones go.
