GOYITA ANTOJITOS #2 – Restaurant
A second truck from a family-run Tampa-area antojitos operation, Goyita Antojitos builds a short menu around homemade tortillas pressed to order. The signature is quesabirria: beef and cheese folded into a griddled tortilla with cilantro and onion, consomme alongside for dipping. Tacos come with your pick of meat, cooked onion, cilantro and fresh Mexican salsa; there are tortas, burritos, quesadillas and a tortabirria for bigger appetites. Diners return for the birria and for the from-scratch tortillas that set it apart from the standard taco stop. Small operation, full flavour.
