The Mitzpe Ramon branch of Japan Japan sits on Sderot Ben Gurion in the Even Derech complex, running the chain's kosher wok-and-sushi playbook: Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes across a long menu, noodles and rice out of the wok, rolls from the sushi counter, sauces made on the premises. Sunday to Thursday it runs late, Friday to early afternoon, Saturday from after Shabbat. Desert town, far-eastern kitchen.
