The Gringo keeps it clean with three cheeses, pico and a signature crema; the Italian Stallion smuggles pepperoni, sausage, pizza sauce and mascarpone inside a tortilla. Burritos and taco trios round out the board, and the Tresadilla finishes things with Nutella, pecans and mini marshmallows. It began life as a food truck and still works events across the bay.
