Small room, downtown Cape Coral, meat coming off the spit all day: The Greek Spot is a family operation that knows exactly what it is. The signature gyro gets shaved fresh, hit on the flat-top with green peppers and onions, crumbled with feta and loaded into a hoagie roll with tzatziki or the house sauce. Chicken, pork and spicy versions follow, alongside chicken souvlaki, saganaki and baklava. Diners consistently report the same things - hot, generous, fairly priced. There is a covered patio out front, not much room inside, and it does not seem to need any.
