HARBOR SCOOPS – Restaurant
Down on Laishley Court, where the boats sit in Charlotte Harbor and the sunset does most of the marketing, Harbor Scoops has been churning its own ice cream since 2010. Forty flavours rotate through the case, scooped into cups and cones or built out into shakes, malts, hot fudge sundaes and banana splits. Iced coffee, hot chocolate and lemonade for the walk along the waterfront. Family-run, unfussy, and best eaten outside.
