HaSalon NYC – Restaurant
Eyal Shani brought HaSalon from Tel Aviv to Tenth Avenue in Hell's Kitchen in 2019, and the format came over intact: two reservation-only seatings a night, the first calm and classical, the second closer to a party. The menu is produce-led and rewritten daily around what is in season, with tomatoes treated as a main event - marbled into focaccia, served whole, folded into raviolo. Rack of lamb and tomato pasta are the constants. Plates arrive built for sharing, and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options run every night. Loud, expensive, and unapologetic about both.
