The food is ventanita staples made to order: cubano and media noche pressed hard, croqueta preparada, pan con croqueta, tostones, tres leches to finish, beer and wine to wash it down. Regulars mention the speed of the service and the friendliness of the staff about as often as they mention the pork. Casual, loud, inexpensive, and open when most of Hialeah isn't.
