Kobi's Burrito is a Tel Aviv pop-up run by Kobi and Timor, appearing a couple of nights a week wherever they have set up - Allenby, King George, and on. The draw is a burrito in birria sauce simmered overnight, joined by tacos, quesadillas, corn ribs and bowls. Meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free versions all exist, which is rarer than it sounds at this end of the market. Followers track the location on social media and turn up in a queue. Small operation, big flavours, and you have to catch it while it is there.
