Mexicana has worked Bograshov since 2006, and the Tel Aviv flagship is the full-service end of the brand rather than the counter version. Tacos arrive on blue corn tortillas; there are sharing plates, fish, steaks under a traditional mole, and a salsa for every bite. The barbacoa burrito and the nachos con todo are the orders that keep repeating, and the bar pours margaritas across a range of flavours alongside what the house calls the widest tequila selection in the country. Loud, colourful, and built for a table that has no intention of leaving early.
