Up on the roof of Flow Fort Lauderdale, pool a few steps away and downtown laid out below, Hemingway's plays the late-afternoon card hard — a sunset seat first, a lunch spot second. The kitchen calls itself Latin-Mediterranean: tacos and wraps, quesadillas layered with cheese and tomato, focaccia under house guacamole, red onion and a soft-boiled egg, plus smoothies and proper coffee. Plates suit grazing over a long drink rather than a formal sit-down. Noon to nine, six days a week. Bring sunglasses.
