Hi Wings works three counters' worth of cravings out of one kitchen on NW 27th Avenue: wings, hibachi and seafood. The wings come whole or party-cut and dressed in the usual arsenal, with lemon pepper and hot honey doing most of the heavy lifting. Hibachi means chicken or shrimp over seasoned rice or noodles; the seafood side runs to shrimp, scallops and crab, plus fish plates and fish subs. There is a philly steak, tenders for the kids, and bubble tea to wash it all down. Regulars keep noting how fresh it tastes for a takeout window.
