HILLS CAFE – Restaurant

When Beverly Hills Cafe closed, its loaded salads and warm dinner rolls went with it - until Hills Cafe opened on West 20th Avenue in Hialeah in late 2025. It was launched by Hillary Fayth, who spent more than two decades on the floor at the original, and the menu reads like a restoration project: the Hills Cobb piled with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, bleu cheese, black olives and egg; the half-pound Hills Burger on a toasted bun with fries; and those fluffy fresh-baked rolls, still non-negotiable. A small room, a weekday lunch crowd, and no confusion about what people came for.
