A West Waters Avenue takeout room that has built its local reputation on egg rolls — crisp, properly filled, and the first thing people bring up. Behind them sit General Tso's chicken, beef with broccoli, house fried rice, Kung Pao chicken, mapo tofu, house lo mein and fried dumplings. Sweet and sour pork comes with the sauce on the side so the batter stays crisp, a small courtesy that says a lot about the kitchen. Regulars rate it a cut above the usual neighbourhood Chinese, and the portions are generous. Order for two; eat for three.
