Tucked into the Carriage House on Collins Avenue, this Miami Beach sushi bar has been feeding the neighbourhood since 2015 without ever chasing the South Beach spotlight. The counter turns out sushi and sashimi at prices that stay reasonable for the address, while the kitchen behind it works in Korean and Japanese territory - dumplings, spring rolls, hot plates and a long roll list running from spicy tuna to tempura salmon. Wine and beer, lunch and dinner, no dress code and no theatre. An honest neighbourhood sushi room on a stretch that rarely offers one.
