Inside a 20,000-square-foot Turkish hammam on Biscayne Boulevard sits Topkapi, a dining room done in contemporary lines with Ottoman detailing — and open to anyone, spa robe or not. The kitchen works from Turkish tradition: a mezze trio to start, baked feta lifted with truffle paste, kebabs off the grill, filet mignon medallions for the full-dress version, and baklava to finish.
