IBIS GRILL – Restaurant

The clubhouse at Sanibel Island Golf Club got a full reset, and Ibis Grill is what came out of it: whites, blues and browns, splashes of colourful artwork, course views through the windows. It is open to the public, not just to golfers. The kitchen leans hardest on New York-style pizza made from scratch — the owners credit the New York water — alongside signature smash burgers, fresh seafood and handcrafted cocktails, with frozen drinks for the afternoon heat. Lunch straight through to early evening on Par View Drive. Good pizza on a golf course: a small, welcome absurdity.
