Innisbrook spreads its dining across the property the way it spreads its four golf courses. Packard's Steakhouse takes the serious dinner, named for course architect Larry Packard and built on petit filet mignon, bone-in ribeye and a Kurobuta pork chop. Market Salamander Grille handles wine, pizza and light plates with live music on Saturday evenings; Fairways covers coffee and wine; the Turnberry Pub and the Grill at Loch Ness catch everyone after the round. All of it is open to the public, with reservations advised for dinner. Golf optional.
