INNISBROOK RESORT & GOLF CLUB PACKARDS COPPERHEAD CLUBHOUSE – Restaurant

Inside the Copperhead Clubhouse at Innisbrook, Packard's Steakhouse looks out over the fairways that made the resort's name, the room finished in the same earthy tones as the course itself. Named for architect Larry Packard, it deals in dry-aged Certified Angus Beef: petit filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, a Kurobuta pork chop, with porcini-crusted prime rib on Tuesdays. There is patio seating and a bar pouring martinis, craft cocktails and a deep wine list. Breakfast and lunch stay casual; dinner turns up the polish. Open to the public, not only resort guests, and worth booking ahead.
