The routine is simple: choose a base, add from more than eight proteins including ahi and spicy tuna, load up from roughly twenty-five toppings, then finish with one of the house-made gluten-free sauces. Signature bowls save you the trouble. Dole soft-serve waits at the end. It arrived at Brownwood in December 2021 courtesy of two local couples, and suits a daytime crowd after something fresh and fast. Light, endlessly customisable, and hard to get wrong.
