Then it moves to the fire — lamb chops, shishlick chicken, beef and lamb kabobs, chicken shawarma, arayes and lahmajun — served as platters, as sandwiches, or spooned over hummus. Vegetarian and gluten-free diners are properly looked after rather than merely tolerated. What people mention is the freshness and the welcome. Baklava to finish, obviously.
