A sandwich counter on SW 280th Street doing hot subs the way they should be done - steak subs and cheesesteaks, steak bombs, fresh chicken subs, burger subs, honey mustard chicken - with wings, fries and wraps filling out the board. Breakfast egg subs open the day; cold subs and salads handle anyone in a hurry. There is a food-truck arm too, but the storefront is where the regulars go. Diners come back for portion size and for sandwiches that hold together to the last bite. Simple food, taken seriously.
