Bowls start with sushi rice and go wherever you take them — the Classic layers salmon and tuna with edamame, cucumber, red onion, carrot, cilantro, spicy mayo and poke sauce. There are sushi burritos wrapped in seaweed, classic rolls like spicy tuna and Philadelphia, salads, and a full tea list of milk teas and fruit iced teas. Sweet and savoury crepes handle dessert.
