Order Sicilian or XL slices, chicken scarpariello, veal parmigiana and carbonara — or cross over to pastelon, alcapurrias and pork chops with rice and pigeon peas. Garlic knots and mozzarella sticks arrive hot enough to prove the fryer is honest. Owner-run, and diners keep noting the prices relative to what lands on the plate. Come for a slice, leave arguing about which menu you should have ordered from.
