Brooklyn transplanted to State Road 7: Jimmy Brooklyn's runs a proper pizza parlor in Wellington, with a walk-up window for slices out front and a dining room behind it. Gourmet pies, calzones, pasta, wings and salads make up the board, with Italian ice for the walk back to the car. Open to nine most nights, ten on Fridays and Saturdays, seven days a week. Locals rate it among the better pizza in the area, and the recurring notes are the same two: it arrives straight out of the oven, and it arrives generously topped. Slice window, hot oven, no fuss.
