The cases hold USDA Prime, Wagyu and Kobe beef, Berkshire pork, Colorado lamb, veal and game; the kitchen turns the same meat into sandwiches — a cheesesteak locals argue is the best in Naples, burgers ground from Wagyu, house-made pastrami. Seating is a handful of tables inside and a few more outdoors, so the line builds fast at noon. Customers say plainly that you can taste the difference and that the prices earn it.
