Breakfast means tamal con arepa, calentado and huevos pericos; lunch turns to bandeja paisa, cazuela paisa and picada platters built for sharing. Weekends bring the big soups — sancocho de gallina, mondongo, ajiaco on Sundays only. There is churrasco and ropa vieja, pargo rojo and camarones al ajillo, and tres leches or arroz con leche to finish. Generous, unfussy and firmly homestyle.
