The menu splits its loyalty between the grill and the water: dry-aged bone-in strip, a 22-ounce bone-in Cajun rib eye, lobster bucatini, pan-seared scallops, roasted local snapper. Live music runs Wednesday through Friday evenings, Sinatra on Sundays, and brunch fills the room before three. Diners come away talking about steak and scallops cooked exactly to the mark.
