Sunset over the Intracoastal, and Kasumi's counter at the Waterstone Resort & Marina is already three deep. This is modern Japanese from James Beard Award-winning chef Takashi Yagihashi and restaurateur Jonathan Fox, built around sharing: sashimi and nigiri cut from fish sourced locally and flown in from Japan, Hokkaido scallops, hamachi, wagyu, and vegetable plates like kinoko mochi and the obanzai garden platter that refuse to be an afterthought.
