A bungalow in Mills 50 with the kitchen in full view, Kaya cooks modern Filipino food that leans on Florida seafood and local produce rather than the fried-and-porky standards. Chef Lordfer Lalicon's tasting menu shifts almost weekly; kinilaw na isda, the vinegar-cured raw fish that opens a meal, and fork-tender kare kare in peanut stew with garlic rice show the range. Out back, Bayani Bar spills into a tropical garden. Michelin awarded Florida's first Green Star here, and Kaya was a James Beard Best New Restaurant finalist in 2024. Orlando's most quietly ambitious room.
