Keg Social is a Waterford Lakes gastropub that treats beer as an ingredient rather than just a pour — stout finds its way into the BBQ chicken flatbread, IPA into the chili garlic hummus. The chef-driven menu runs brisket mac and cheese, smoked nachos, crispy chili chicken sliders, a mushroom Swiss burger, Long Island strip steak and citrus salmon, with a build-your-own poutinery once the night gets late. Axe throwing, billiards, karaoke and arcades fill the rest of the room. Guests turn up for the games and end up talking about the plates. Open till two.
