Coffee ground on the premises, eggs cracked to order, not a microwave in the building — Keke's has kept that discipline since two brothers opened the first cafe in Orlando in 2006. The Jacksonville rooms are bright, busy and finished by half past two. Order the Florida Pancakes, the turtle stuffed French toast, a fajita or Greek omelet, or a plate of chicken and waffles; at midday the kitchen turns to paninis, salads and the signature bacon cheeseburger. Diners praise the pace as much as the plates. Breakfast with a deadline, and better for it.
