Sarasota's Keke's cafes keep the same promise as the rest of the chain: fresh, made to order, and done by two-thirty. Breakfast leans generous — Florida Pancakes with strawberries, blueberries and banana under powdered sugar, banana caramel pecan stuffed French toast, eggs benedict, a cheese steak omelet, plus lighter scrambler and sunshine bowls. From late morning the kitchen adds paninis, wraps, salads and the signature bacon cheeseburger. Coffee is ground on site and the kitchen keeps no microwave. Diners mention steadiness above all — the same plate, every time. Worth the early start.
