Pancakes in buttermilk, blueberry and Florida form, Nutella and turtle stuffed French toast, chicken and waffles, Greek and cheese steak omelets, Eggs Benedict, loaded grits. Lunch shifts to turkey clubs, buffalo chicken wraps, paninis and salads. Diners talk about plates arriving larger than they bargained for and about service that stays friendly through the rush.
