Kelsey's started as a small Bradenton deli and moved to 7020 Cortez Road West in 2012, where it settled into what it does best: wings and burgers, in volume. Eighteen wing flavors, ordered six to fifty at a time. Burgers with attitude, from the triple-patty Devastator to the Juicy Lucy, the Ragin Cajun and the Mega Patty Melt. Then the sandwich board, French dip, classic Reuben, Ultimate BLT, Philly cheesesteak, plus house-made meatloaf and Nanci's lasagna on Mondays. Thursday is 75-cent wing day. Prices stay friendly; the portions do not. A room that earns its regulars.
