Old-school griddle burgers from the Argentine YouTuber behind Burger Kid, who spent the better part of a decade reviewing other people's before opening his own. No smash gimmick: beef ground in house, pressed thin, worked hard on the flat-top, then dressed with American cheese, ketchup, mayo and onion.
