Ben Jakkaluck and Polly Siriporn built Kin around two obsessions: Thai heritage and repeated trips to Japan. The result is a small, casual Broward County room where the menu crosses borders without losing its footing. Thai chicken wings, steamed bao buns, bowls of Japanese ramen, specialty sushi rolls, and a Japanese crepe to finish, with bubble tea alongside. It reads like a night market condensed into one kitchen and priced for a weeknight. Small room, wide range, and a menu that rewards ordering across it rather than down it.
