KING DUCK CHINESE BBQ – Restaurant

Cantonese barbecue done the traditional way on West Flagler: whole roast ducks hanging in the window, cleaved to order behind the counter. The duck is the headline - burnished skin, juicy underneath - but the crispy pork belly runs it close, all shattering crackling over sweet meat. Char siu, PIPA duck, barbecue ribs, pork dumplings and crisp layered scallion pancakes fill out the board, with bubble tea alongside. Diners come for the duck and leave talking about the pork. No frills, no ceremony, just a chopping block and the good stuff. Roasting since 2018.
