KLAW 2 – Restaurant
Edgewater's rooftop belongs to Klaw, and the view does a lot of the work: Biscayne Bay one way, the Miami Beach skyline the other, cocktails arriving as the light goes. Downstairs the same kitchen runs a Norwegian king crab programme sourced from the Barents Sea and a global beef list, so a drink upstairs can turn into whole king crab with lemon-garlic butter, oysters and bluefin on ice, or slow-grilled picanha with chimichurri. Daily happy hour, private dining rooms, and a grand hall with colonial arches beneath it. Come for one round. Stay for dinner.
