Kobé Japanese Steakhouse on 66th Street North is where St. Petersburg goes when dinner needs to be an event. Teppanyaki chefs work at the table — the knife spin, the egg roll, the onion volcano — while hibachi filet mignon, sirloin, shrimp, scallops and lobster tail come out with soup, salad, vegetables, noodles and fried rice.
