Kuba Cabana at CityPlace Doral opens at five and gets loud on purpose — live music, cocktails, and a room built for a long night rather than a quick dinner. The kitchen calls it old-world Cuba meeting modern Miami, and the plates back it up: croquetas de jamon with garlic mayo, tequenos with guava sauce, smoked tuna dip with crispy plantains, yuca-lote dusted in cotija, pollito canton glazed with gochujang and sour orange, grilled octopus. Diners praise the food and the band in the same breath, and warn that quiet conversation is not on offer. Come for the noise.
