La Birra Bar made its name in Argentina and brought the method north intact: beef ground in house, pressed hard on the flat-top until a crust forms, buns baked fresh, sauces mixed in the kitchen. The Smash Golden Chimichurri stacks two four-ounce patties with American cheese, diced red onion and chimichurri mayo; the Crispy Dubai buries them under fried onions and a chimichurri-truffle mayo; the Royale with Cheese keeps it plain.
