LA BOOM CAFE – Restaurant

A newcomer on NE 2nd Avenue betting that Delray can always use another proper morning room. La Boom Cafe bakes its own bread and builds sandwiches on it, alongside omelettes and eggs, grain and grilled-chicken bowls, focaccia pizzas and a bakery case. The drinks list is where it shows off - specialty coffee, matcha in several forms, smoothies - and the kitchen shuts mid-afternoon, so it is firmly a daytime proposition. Early visitors single out the bread and the pastry work. Breakfast, lunch, and out before the dinner crowd arrives.
