The West Flagler Street arm of the La Fogata grill, where meat is marinated in house and finished over live charcoal in the Nicaraguan style. The charbroiled strip steak is the heavyweight, baby churrasco and chicken churrasco are the pair regulars order together, and nearly every plate leans on gallo pinto, maduros and fried cheese with cabbage. Sauces are made fresh daily. Diners come back for the value as much as the flame. Straightforward, and consistently good.
